
Virtual Integrative Movement Session
This 1:1 virtual session is designed to support your body the same way my in-person work does by addressing the whole athlete, not just isolated symptoms.
While hands-on massage isn’t possible, this session goes beyond traditional massage therapy. You’ll learn how to care for your body through guided self-massage, mobility training, strength work, and nervous system regulation.
Each session is personalized and may include:
Self-massage techniques using your hands or simple tools
Mobility exercises to improve movement and reduce tightness
Strength and activation work for joint support and injury prevention
Breathwork to support recovery and regulate the nervous system
Education on pain, movement patterns, and recovery strategies
These sessions are especially helpful if you:
Have chronic tightness, pain, or recurring injuries
Want support between in-person sessions
Are training or competing and need better recovery
