
Virtual Integrative Movement Session
This 1:1 virtual session is designed to support your body the same way my in-person work does by addressing the whole athlete, not just isolated symptoms.
While hands-on massage isn’t possible, this session goes beyond traditional massage therapy. You’ll learn how to care for your body through guided self-massage, mobility training, strength work, and nervous system regulation.
Each session is personalized and may include:
- Self-massage techniques using your hands or simple tools
- Mobility exercises to improve movement and reduce tightness
- Strength and activation work for joint support and injury prevention
- Breathwork to support recovery and regulate the nervous system
- Education on pain, movement patterns, and recovery strategies
These sessions are especially helpful if you:
- Have chronic tightness, pain, or recurring injuries
- Want support between in-person sessions
- Are training or competing and need better recovery
- Prefer a virtual option for mobility and injury prevention
