A customized wellness experience that blends massage and movement. Each session is designed to meet you where you are—whether your goal is to reduce pain, improve mobility, enhance sports performance, or simply feel stronger and more resilient in daily life. Using kettlebells alongside modalities such as massage, cupping, Graston, stretching, yoga, and corrective movement, we develop strength, stability, and endurance while restoring balance across the physical, mental, and emotional dimensions. Virtual Integrative Movement Session
​
This 1:1 virtual session is designed to support your body the same way my in-person work does, by looking at the whole athlete, not just isolated symptoms. While I can’t provide hands-on bodywork virtually, we use the session to teach you how to care for your own body through guided self-massage techniques, targeted mobility, intentional strength, and nervous system regulation.
Each session is individualized and may include:

Self-massage techniques using your hands, a ball, or simple tools

Mobility work based on how your body is currently moving and feeling

Strength or activation exercises to support joints and patterns under stress

Breathwork or gentle yoga to regulate the nervous system and improve recovery

Education on why your body feels the way it does and what to do about it
These sessions are especially helpful if you:

Custom Integrative Programming
This monthly online program is built for athletes who want individualized support without being physically in the room and can be disciplined to follow the plan on their own. Each program is customized to your sport, training phase, injury history, and current stress load. Rather than focusing on isolated workouts, this approach integrates strength, mobility, self-massage, recovery, and nervous system regulation to help your body adapt, recover, and perform more efficiently.
Over the course of four weeks, you’ll receive:

A fully customized training and recovery program delivered through an app

Strength and mobility work designed to support joint health and movement quality

Guided self-massage techniques to manage tightness, soreness, and tissue stress

Optional breathwork or restorative movement when appropriate

Form check video review with individualized feedback

1–2 virtual check-in calls (client-scheduled) to review progress, goals, and make adjustments
