A customized wellness experience that blends massage and movement. Using kettlebells alongside modalities such as massage, cupping, Graston, stretching, yoga, and corrective movement, we develop strength, stability, and endurance while restoring balance across the physical, mental, and emotional dimensions. This 1:1 virtual session is designed to support your body the same way my in-person work does by addressing the whole athlete, not just isolated symptoms.
While hands-on massage isn’t possible, this session goes beyond traditional massage therapy. You’ll learn how to care for your body through guided self-massage, mobility training, strength work, and nervous system regulation.
Each session is personalized and may include:
